Do not be fooled, there are very few trained, experienced and qualified personnel in or out of the military or police with the experience specifically within the niche static urban or rural environment.

Team members deployed onto security related tasks will hold an SIA close protection (CP) license qualified to BTEC Level 3.  Contrary to popular belief a CP operator will have no experience conducting surveillance; this is not mandatory within the syllabus therefore generally not conducted.

Qualifications

Surveillance has its own separate qualification BTEC Level 3 Foot and Mobile, this qualification does not cover static urban or rural surveillance, please bare this in mind when you pay very good money for an alleged qualified and experienced team.  Deploying teams into the urban and rural environment should not be taken lightly; personnel who are not trained or experienced can sadly not only expose themselves but also the company or contract.  All our operators are not only trained and qualified but are also experienced.
